Hola, I'm Viridiana!

I’m a Latina Therapist, reiki practitioner, professor, daughter of immigrant parents, and Southern California native on a mission to spread love and healing to others. I’m the youngest in my family and first generation in breaking many cycles. I started my healing journey with individual therapy, reiki healing, breathwork and bodywork sessions. I have supported client’s over 12 years in different settings and seasons of their lives.

Today, I embrace a life of authenticity and personal growth as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, owner of Amar Therapy Inc., and Healing Guide, founder of Amarte Community, LLC. My journey has been a process of unlearning, unbecoming, releasing and learning to receive support as I provide grace and self-compassion to all parts of me.

It takes a lot of courage to heal, begin your “new story” and blossom into the person you are meant to be.

Hi, I’m Kristine Linares, an Energetic and Quantum Reiki Master Healer and Teacher, Sound Alchemist, and Hospice End-of-life Doula. I also serve my clients as an intuitive medium, Akashic records and light language channel, and breathwork/meditation facilitator.

My life has been enriched by the journey of over 22 years of marriage and nurturing 4 extraordinary souls who have been my greatest inspiration and teachers. ​In my private energy healing practice, I emphasize root cause healing and tailor my approach to meet each client's unique soul journey. Utilizing various modalities, I aim to guide you back to your most authentic self and help you embody your highest expression, impacting every aspect of your life!

Owner of Ascension Quantum Wellness, a healing center that meets clients at the root of their needs, the host of The Guided Home Podcast, and the CEO and Founder of Guided Home Healing Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization passionate about bringing healing education at the foundational levels to our children, and providing spaces and healing opportunities to individuals of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, and life experiences.

We found each other 2 years ago although I feel like we have known each other for years. I was hosting a wellness event and looking for vendors of like-minded people wanting to build community. The moment I met Kristine virtually for a brief meeting I knew she was going to change my life. She was so receptive to my ideas of helping me open the event with her beautiful voice and soundbath. I had not even heard her sing but something in me knew that she would be the perfect person to do an opening ceremony. The moment I heard her voice my body got chills and felt so seen. The rest has been a journey of working together in events, supporting each other and creating healing for men and women. She quickly became my soul sister, mentor and hermana (sister).
